The apartment is absolutely amazing. Very comfortable.
The host is very friendly and pays attention to detail. She was able to pick my call past 10pm when I was checking in. And she followed up after I checked out. The check in process was simple and very seamless.
The gentlemen at the gate were absolutely friendly, helped with bags and made the experience A1.
I loved everything about this place, the accessibility, I felt at home, an iron box was there hence no wearing creased clothes and everything in the apartment is absolutely well kept.
Good job Charity- if we have more hosts like you and the amazing client experience I had - hotels might end up being out of business soon 😜

The hospitality ,the staff, the cleanliness, the amenities , the pool ,serenity and location
Would have loved a balcony view, the property is in between other rental apartments. Also would have love a more spacious bathroom
