Das relativ kleine, ländlich anmutende Haus liegt an einem Hügel nahe dem Rheinfall. In wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto im Zentrum, allerdings muss man früh unterwegs sein um noch einen Parkplatz zu finden. Die eher kleinen Schlafzimmer und das Einzel-WC befinden sich im ersten Stock, der über eine relativ steile Treppe ereichbar ist. Vor dem Haus befindet sich eine überdachte Terasse mit Tisch, Bank und Sesseln, auf der man gemütlich sitzen und fallweise die Tierwelt beobachten kann. Im Wohnzimmer stand eine Willkommenstafel mit unserem Namen. Erreichbar ist der Eingang vom Parkplatz aus über eine gewundene, relativ enge Stiege. Zusammen mit der Innenstiege zum den Schlafzimmern ist die Unterkunft Personen mit Gehschwierigkeiten nicht unbedingt zu empfehlen. Die nahe gelegene Durchzugsstraße ist vor allem untertags stark hörbar.
Was uns besonders gestört hat, waren die schmalen Doppel-Betten (140 Zentimeter), wovon eines an die Wand gerückt ist. Leider hat das Quartier keinen TV-Monitor, sodass auch unser Fire-TV-Stick zu Streamen im Koffer bleiben musste...
