Very convenient cottage to explore Brecon and surrounds.

Good location to explore Brecon. Great view across the Usk from the balcony, spent hours just watching the world go by. Well equipped and with good advice from the hosts on where to eat locally. Reserved car parking was very handy.

Very little to not like - we’re bungalow dwellers and so the 3 sets of stairs were a challenge. The shower is also quite an adventure.

Lovely cottage, great location.

The cottage was very attractive, comfortable and well equipped. The location was great with views out over the River Usk and a gate from the garden onto the riverside path. We had great weather so made use of the table on the decking as well. Jane, the owner , contacted us via WhatsApp shortly after we arrived to check that everything was OK, which it was. The cottage is very well placed for exploring/accessing everything Brecon has to offer and Brecon itself was well placed for the walking we wanted to do, which included scaling Pen y Fan on the last day.
