The property was clean, tidy and had all the kitchen apploiances and cutlery etc that we needed. The house was was in the perfect location, a walk to local coffee shops and less than 100m walk to the walking track along the river. the house was cozy and quiet and the parking was great with an undercover area and more parking in the driveway and on the street if needed. The place was modern and the beds were comfy and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and so did our puppies!
It is BYO firewood and supplies for starting the fireplace - not a negative per say, just something for future travellers to note should you wish to use the fireplace :)

The beds and linen were so soft and comfortable! The fireplace was lovely, the property is so clean, light and presented perfectly and the location is wonderful.
The gated area for pets is not really usable for medium sized pets - the area is to the side of the house with crushed rock (no grass), so its note really a suitable place to leave pets on their own at the property (IMO).

Great place however the booking was non refundable and as soon as we paid they asked us to pay a private deposit into a bank account. We did not pay and reported to booking.com who confirmed it was not allowed. They messaged us a further three times asking again which made us feel sick. Disgusting behavior that marred our holiday.
The constant harassment from OG stays to pay a private off record damage deposit was awful. We’ve never come across this and do not recommend this host. Non refundable property with no previous reviews should have been a warning. OG Stays you are letting the property down. Telling us to supply our own firewood after paying is also low.
