Very modern, well-equipped, clean and comfortable rooms. I arrived late on Sunday and the self check-in/bluetooth lock worked like a charm. On monday morning, I got the Geneva city pass in a few minutes after requesting on the reception. About 30 minutes to Cornavin stations by bus.

En general todo el hotel es lo que se muestra en las fotos y se explica en la página. La ubicación es muy buena cerca del aeropuerto y con una parada de bus cerca que te conecta con el centro. Las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y bien preparadas, además de contar con todo lo necesario como "apartamento", siendo todo privado, tanto cocina como baño.
Como único aspecto negativo a resaltar, diríamos que el check in era muy difícil a la hora de comprender el mecanismo y entrar, tanto en la zona de habitaciones como en la propia habitación. Una vez entendimos el sistema, ya fue perfecto para entrar y salir, pero de primeras es muy poco intuitivo y no está lo suficientemente bien explicado.

The apartment was very clean, modern and comfortable. The location was convenient, the check-in process was easy, and everything we needed was available. We really enjoyed our stay.
Overall, everything was good. The only small improvement could be to provide clearer information before arrival regarding check-in and any additional fees.

La habitación era tal como se ve en la foto
No me tramitaron en este hotel la tarjeta transporte de Ginebra que era un servicio gratuito y lo solicité por más de 4 veces en diferentes medios y antes de llegar al hotel...me contestaron cuando estaba ya de vuelta en España, me pusieron la excusa de que fue en fin de semana y que los fines de semana no trabajaban el personal de oficina... cuando yo entraba el viernes y me lo tenían que haber mandado ya el jueves y lo pedí encima antes...en fin...
Me fallo totalmente el sistema de apertura de la habitación. Muy modernos los sistemas de seguridad pero si no van bien, de que sirven...
No había ABSOLUTAMENTE NADIE EN RECEPCIÓN, tuve la suerte que pedí ayuda a un trabajador del hotel creo de mantenimiento y me ayudó al momento a resolver la incidencia, fue realmente majo, le doy las gracias desde aquí, porque sino, no hubiéramos entrado tan rápido a la habitación.
No tuvieron la misma suerte, otros clientes que llegaron mucho más tarde, les tuvieron esperando para poder entrar durante horas, horas y horas
La ubicación no es que fuera mala,ves que estaba totalmente en obras porque va a pasar el tranvía y casi no sé podía ni andar por allí
