Ruhig und trotzdem zentral gelegene Wohnung mit Klimaanlage
Schöne Aussicht vom Balkon, der genug gross ist zum Verweilen (trotz Aussenmodul der Klimaanlage)
Gut ausgestattete Küche (abgesehen vom Wasserkocher, für den uns der Vermieter erst einen Adapter bringen musste)
Tiefgaragenplatz und Möglichkeit zu waschen
Sofabezüge waren sehr stark verschmutzt, sodass dieses nicht benutzbar war. Als Bett ausgeklappt zwar benutzbar, aber ziemlich unbequem, da uneben. Breit genug für 1 Erwachsenen oder 2 Kinder.
Esstischstühle hatten keine Überzüge (wurde in einer Bewertung vor einem Jahr schon bemängelt!)
Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter unbefriedigend, da auf die obigen, erheblichen Mängel gar nicht eingegangen wurde.
Starker Geruch nach Kanalisation im Bad (möglicherweise abhängig vom Wetter und damit durch den Vermieter nicht beeinflussbar)

Good location!
Walking distance: 4 mins to supermarkets and 23 mins to the lake
The apartment had a lot of ants, we had to spray and vacuum them 😭

Great location, 20min walk from city center, the appartment is not on a hill. Parking space in the garage. Although not specifically said in the description, the appartment has free high speed wifi.
Sewage smell in the bathroom from syphon, but that could be out of hands from the host, and probably dependant on the weather.
