Passable... bien pour une nuit pour une personne. Pas plus.

Accès facile et globalement calme comme endroit. Petit jardin partagé avec les loueurs. Si vous aimez les chats, il y en a un adorable qui vous accueille dès votre entrée dans le jardin.

Lit qui est en réalité une structure d'un BZ ou d'un ancien canapé convertible : pas confortable du tout. Pas de TV. Pas de coin réel pour cuisiner. Salle de bain mal agencée, occupée par un sauna privatif... La déco pas à mon gout, évidemment c'est un avis très personnel. J'ai eu le sentiment de dormir dans un cabinet de consultation.
