Din păcate, un sejur mult sub așteptări, cu mai multe probleme care ne-au afectat confortul și siguranța.

Din păcate, experiența noastră la această cazare nu a fost una plăcută și consider că sunt mai multe aspecte care trebuie menționate.
La sosire, nu era apă în apartament și nu am fost informați în prealabil. După un drum lung, am fost nevoiți să cumpărăm apă și să o încălzim singuri.
În ceea ce privește parcarea, ni s-a comunicat că există posibilitatea de parcare, însă în realitate nu am găsit un loc în care să putem lăsa mașina fără teama unei amenzi. Două persoane din zonă ne-au spus că putem fi amendați dacă parcăm în anumite locuri, astfel că am fost nevoiți să lăsăm mașina într-un loc unde am considerat că este cât mai sigur.
Curățenia a fost, de asemenea, o problemă. Podeaua era atât de murdară încât ne-am făcut șosetele negre. În plus, pe Booking erau menționate produse de curățenie și articole de toaletă gratuite, însă nu existau produse de curățenie, burete sau detergent pentru vase și nici prosop de bucătărie. Pentru o ședere de 4 zile au fost disponibile doar 4 mostre foarte mici de produse pentru baie.
Un alt aspect care ne-a îngrijorat foarte mult a fost baia. Soțul meu a alunecat în duș și s-a tăiat la picior în partea laterală a cabinei. Din fericire, nu a fost o accidentare gravă și, mai ales, copilul nostru de un an nu a pățit nimic. Totuși, pentru noi a fost un moment foarte neplăcut și considerăm că siguranța în baie ar trebui verificată cu mai multă atenție.
La sosire am găsit inclusiv uscătorul de haine ocupat cu lenjerie și prosoape, lucru care nu ne-a dat impresia că apartamentul fusese pregătit corespunzător pentru următorii oaspeți.
Am încercat să discutăm aceste probleme cu proprietarul, însă comunicarea a fost foarte dificilă și nu am primit răspuns la mesajele noastre.
Din păcate, raportul dintre ceea ce este prezentat în anunț și ceea ce am găsit efectiv la cazare ne-a dezamăgit. Sper ca aceste aspecte să fie remediate pentru viitorii oaspeți.
