Only the food. According to price quantity for thali item are less
Waiting area was over crowded due to check in timings as front desk person was not giving early check in due to which guest have to leave the lugguage in living area as per demand we asked to give us mountain view but the room was provided 1floor with construction side view. We wasted the amount for 2days. No room service food was available we have to go 5th floor for pickup. As i asked for wine glass from front desk as bar was beside him he denied to give even we said we will pay for the wine glass but he denied. So it was total waste for money to stay in basic room with basic facilities. You guys need to enhance the facilities and the living area guest area for lugguge.
They should work more in engaging activities live music as it only happen in sat. Evening.
So about what the guests are paying for.
