Apartment located in a nice area, close to many restaurants, small shops, and the beach
The building is quite new, clean, and secure
Inside the accommodation, you can find all the necessary equipment
Generally good for a short stay, meets the level of the rentals in the EU
No entrance guidelines provided; the day before arrival, texted the owner via Booking and their own check-in platform - no response
As a last resort, texted to a provided phone number via WhatsApp (this is the only communication method that works)
and was told that someone would be at the building entrance, and I need to provide arrival notice 20min in advance. Did that, but the owner was inactive, arrived, and had to hustle with building security to call the owner to get into an apartment.
Host indicated that they can call a taxi for us, requested passenger quantity and luggage. Unfortunately, the taxi never arrived, and we had to hustle again to get a taxi by ourselves
Apartment seems to be clean at first glance, but there is a lot of hair from previous occupants (kitchen, living room, shower, and even bed)

Great location right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sunrise from the terrace. Clean and very well equipped. Shiyam was a wonderful host, always responsive and helpful. Wish I could have stayed longer!
