The house was clean and comfortable! My family and I had a great stay!
There were some insects that came into the rooms but that was manageable!

テレビでなんでもみれるし、景色がとても良かった。ウッドデッキも最高だった。スピーカーなどもあり、それに清掃員の方がとても親切だった。

駅からある程度近い。
21時に到着しましたが、部屋の清掃が全く行き届いておらず、非常に驚きました。
具体的には以下の通りです。
・各部屋のゴミ箱にゴミが残ったまま
・キッチンのゴミ箱に生ゴミが放置されており、異臭がしていた
・水切りカゴに食器が残っており、ハサミも出しっぱなし
・脱衣所に髪の毛が落ちており、使用済みのタオルが放置されていた
・2階の2段ベッド（下段）がベッドメイクされておらず、使用された形跡があった
夜遅い到着だったこともあり、非常に不快で残念な滞在となりました。清掃料が含まれているにもかかわらず、最低限のサービスすら受けられていないと感じます。今後の改善を強く望みます。
