The location of the place is just perfect. Located directly at the beach in a calm and friendly environment. The installations are basic, but it has everything you need. The price is very good, given the fact that you get an accomodation directly at the beach, with good internet, a kitchen and 4 rooms.
If you are looking for a peaceful timeout and don't expect anything fancy - this place is made for you.
And btw. the sunsets are just amazing!
Unfortunately there are a lot of bugs and mosquitos as the apartments are surrounded by nature. Nevertheless the host offers mosquito nets for the beds, which lets you sleep in peace. Also I noticed that if you switch off the lights it is less of a problem.

- Directly next to the beach.
- They just took the washing machine after the 3rd night without even saying hello when they entered the property.
- Facility is in a relatively bad condition. E.g. it takes 30 minutes until you can flush the toilet a second time, doors and locks don’t work properly, no AC every room, looooooots of mosquitoes.
- Price for value not so good
- I would definitely hire local people for the supervision. We just had a chat on WhatsApp with an agency that is not even located in Oaxaca.
