Clean, large, 3 bathrooms, great kitchen. Plenty of areas for people to retreat to away from others.
Could do with a tv in the main bedroom and in another lounge area - maybe for kids or the like. Not a big deal though.

This was a beautiful, spacious house that could fit our 4 children, hubby, and elderly mother. All the rooms were upstairs except 1 which suited my elderly Mum. It was also in a really nice neighborhood with a playground close by for the kids.
An extra TV in one of the other lounges would be helpful, as the seven of us couldn't fit on the small 3-seater sofa in the main open lounge area. Also, a cordless vacuum could be used; the current vacuum has a very short lead, making vacuuming a large house time-consuming.

We liked the size, ambience and location of the house. Ideal alternative in our situation to booking a number of hotel rooms. Property was almost new, clean and well laid out. Looked amazing as if it was a display home.
Well located within reasonable distance of main shopping mall and plenty of restaurants and takeout nearby. But further from nearest beach than we expected, had to drive to beach. Not really a problem but had to write down something.

We liked that 11 of us could stay together in one house (6 bedrooms). It was a good walk to the shops and the property was modern and clean.
The house rules were extremely strict, including a no-visitors policy, which made the property feel quite restrictive and difficult for a group staying together. The house was poorly equipped to house 11 people - not enough plates and cutlery, tea towels, glasses, platters, no bottle opener. The bedrooms lacked power points had one side table, lacked coat hangers and only one pillow each and one towel each for a 5 night stay. Outdoor area was unkempt, lawn full of long weeds. There were not enough out door chairs (6 only). There was a sign indoors saying security surveillance and we questioned this but never got an answer from the host. While the property itself may suit guests looking for a very quiet and highly regulated stay, we felt the facilities and supplies did not adequately match the number of guests or length of stay.
