The place is perfect for two people and has plenty of space. The bed was super comfortable, and the AC was wonderful. The location is very nice, close to the beach (15 minutes), and there are many cafés and restaurants around, as well as a 24/7 store and regular grocery stores. Dizengoff Center is also right around the corner. There is a lot of kitchenware, enough for simple cooking: a toaster, microwave, capsule coffee machine, and of course a stove and a fridge. There were also workspaces, which was nice.
The walls were very thin, so we could hear our neighbors. The place was sticky from the spray they used, the sink in the bathroom was crooked, the ceiling had mold, and the shower had someone's eyelash in it (obviously not mine). The bathroom door could not open all the way without having to be lifted a bit, and everything froze inside the fridge. The door did not have a peephole, just a hole. Not all the switches worked; some were just there for decoration, I guess. The TV remote also did not work. The pictures in the living room were crooked, and one of them was broken. The balcony was literally on the ground floor, with a car blocking the view!

Sehr gute Lage. Wenige Schritte vom Dizengoff Square
Wohnung im Erdgeschoss. Der Balkon geht auf einen Parkplatz. Das Badezimmer ist alt und sehr merkwürdig gebaut. Ich habe mir mehrmals den Kopf geschlagen. Die Wohnungsübergabe war kompliziert, weil die Haustüre einen Code verlangt, der nicht mitgeteilt wurde.
