Comfort, location & space. Lovely Spa too.
Water filter needs cartridge replacement - very slow flow tells me that they need doing as we have the same water filter system. Almost need an electronics degree to figure out the tv remote - can't really see the buttons to well as quite heavily worn.

Location was great, We all loved sitting on the deck great outlook, Main bedroom was bright and roomy 2 living areas plus lovely deck. Short walk into Dunsborough. Hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early. Loved the outdoor shower. Plenty of Parking we only had four adults but there was plenty of room for more you could easily park 3 cars. The accommodation was a lot bigger than we thought. very comfortable beds and nice linens. Lovely outdoor setting on deck that was very comfortable. We spent most of our time out here
This accommodation could be so much better with not a lot of effort. When arriving the house looked clean. Pantry and cupboards very clean but the floor was really quite dirty needed a deep clean and mop. Kitchen blind above sink needs to be thrown out. Main living couch needed a deep clean. Some of the furnishings especially living room mat needed to be thrown out. Bedroom that backed on to deck curtain rod was broken so you could not open properly. Both bathrooms were very clean but the 2nd bathroom had water damage that was very obvious on the outside wall.Large Bbq we needed to clean before we used it. I think if these areas were addressed the rating would be a lot higher
