Three person stay, good for two only...

Location and cleanliness.

We went three of us to stay at Prisma, a couple and a 6 year old. The sofa bed was broken and in order to keep my son in good shape for the programmed activities, I slept on it. There was no floor mat in the bathroom to dry our feet after the bath and had to use my t-shirt as one. In addition there was no sheets for it as well and had to use a bed cover as a sheet. I mentioned this all to the staff via messages and they wanted me to send a video with the issues, but there is no way to attach files when sending messages. They could have contacted me by phone or solved the issues while we were out.

Boa experiência!

Localização

A cadeira estava empenada.
