Clean, secure, ideally located
Room wasn’t ready when we checked in at 3:45pm… but it was resolved 20min later

The property was clean, spacious, and well appointed. The staff was very friendly and offered great tips. The breakfast in the morning had great options, the biscuits were fresh and the ability to make egg sandwiches was great. The location is perfect, right by Buc-ee’s and a huge shopping area with several restaurants to choose from. You’re also just a short drive from major attractions and additional restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.
You only complain I have about that property is the additional parking charge. I felt that was a little much for standard parking lot, just like any other average hotel. It’s not like it was in a secured facility or covered area. That was a little offputting. I think if I had another option of a hotel of equal value, I may choose that Hotel just to avoid the parking charge, on principal alone.

It was clean, close to a lot of restaurants, stores, less than a 20 minute drive from Schliterbahn. The staff were so nice

Friendly staff
My daughter’s room had a roach on her pillowcase, she was moved to another room and there were ants in the bathroom. Food has gone down, not the same good variety
