Cleanliness, showers were well stocked, pool had a couple extra towels, the business cards had the manager name on them.

Did not like writing down make and model of my vehicle. When inquired about the paper the attendant helping another family turned around and said it was standard practice at all hotels and she's worked in other hotels before. It was a little rude to the other attendant to blurt in. While I understand she was trying to put me at ease, I don't want someone to lie to me.

I screrwed up by not booking direct with HIE. Therefore, I couldn't get the Sr. discount.

I would highly recommend staying here if you are visiting New Braunfels!

This hotel was very clean! The beds were super comfy! The staff was so friendly! I loved staying here!

The only thing I would change about staying here would be that they didn’t leave enough towels in the room for the amount of guests. We only had 2 big towels & we have 4 people staying in the room. So we had to ask for more towels every day.

Wouldn’t go back. Especially with “Breakfast included” charged and didn’t get all of it.

It was clean, easy to find and easy check in.

Breakfast, No pancakes or waffles so kids didn’t eat, We mainly were looking for pancakes and waffles, Wifi does not work at all in the rooms.

We had a great time in New Braunfels! Plan to come again.

Breakfast was the normal continental meal, nothing special, but decent. The location was perfect fo the areas we wanted to visit.

The color scheme didn’t appeal to me. Yellow walls didn’t match carpet. Looked like they started remodeling, but never finished.

good value, needs better beds

Very clean, it’s off the highway but you can’t hear any traffic. Complimentary breakfast was very good.

They had system issues so I was charged twice, but it was resolved quickly. The bed was very hard, felt like I was sleeping on the floor.

It was okay.

Mostly clean. Didn't see anything concerning but it didn't amaze me either. Didn't have to wait too long for breakfast items. Staff was friendly. Quick, easy check in.

There was a spot of blood on the wall near the toilet. The walls seems somewhat thin. Could hear activity in the rooms around us.

Hotel was nice, centrally located for what we were doing in town, staff was friendly, breakfast was good and rooms were comfortable. Overall we had a great experience.

On our second night, my son was in the shower when a huge cockroach crawled in. It was a Texas size one and thank goodness we didn't see any of his creepy crawly friends but my child was paranoid about things crawling on him the rest of the night. The nightlight next to the door was too bright.

During out 4 night stay, one of the nights the room above us must have had some kids running and jumping for a couple hours. This began about 9:45pm and did not end until after 11 pm.

enjoyed our stay. close to convention center. did not hear traffic noise.

property was clean. beds were very comfortable. breakfast was decent. they ran out of forks and the the doors are shut to food at exactly closing time. make sure that you get what you want before time to close.

staff on 2nd day seemed a little apathetic. not real friendly.
