Overall satisfied except for the ck in

Everything was fine

The person that Checked me in was not friendly & could not find our second room at first & seemed a bit agitated we me for showing him I did have a second room & a confirmation number [both rooms had been pre paid] it was late at night & I did not need the attitude, He finally found it & blamed Booking.com for the way it was put in.

The parking lot is right next to highway 46 terrible traffic and accessibility you had to shortcut through the gas station.

Great place to stay

Everything was great, breakfast was really good and the time was great since I had my kids with me and they don't like to eat too early, breakfast until 10 was great we were usually there around 9. Since we stay a couple of days room service stop at our room to ask if we need more towels or if we need for them to get our trash out. Pool was clean my kids enjoyed every day in the afternoon.

The first time we pass the hotel because all the business in front of the hotel make it confusing to figure out where you need to go to get to the parking lot.

a nice enough faculty but expect noisy neighbors during the busy season

I have been at this particular facility before and had a good experience last time. it had a good workspace for me to do zoom calls before a conference. the bed was comfortable.

not the hotels fault but a party until 2 in the morning right above me with people crashing on the ground. I did call the front desk at 11 at night because I had an early morning flight to get up for & said they would shut it down. Sadly that did not happen. I didn’t expect that to happen at hotel like the Hampton.

Housekeeping needs improvement

The amenities were great, beautiful room and the staff was friendly.

When we checked in, there was food in the mini fridge from the previous guests. When I went to take a shower, there were long black hairs in the shower. I know this all falls on their housekeeping, so other than that, it was perfect . Great breakfast by the way.

Exceptional

Such a great Hotel ,super clean ,great smell ,love the restroom they provide everything and they have good smelling shampoo & conditioner &so peaceful the beds are soo comfortable I slept like a baby definitely worth the pay I would be coming back best stay I've ever had great location as well ! Everything was so close by

Clean and comfortable

The room was clean and quiet. The beds were comfortable and they provided us a rollaway bed also. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The breakfast provided had something all of my kids enjoyed, especially the waffles!

It was a pretty short stay, but we enjoyed it.

The room was clean and the air conditioner worked really well. The access to the elevator and ice machine was great, too. The staff was nice and we were able to get clean towels as requested.

The room was a little smaller than we thought. The thing that was least attractive was the shower. It had mold growing in it.

The woman working the reception desk when I arrived was very helpful in deciding on a place for dinner when I arrived. Typical 'continental' breakfast. I haven't found a hotel in the last 20 years I'd recommend for breakfast.

The mattresses... Sub par. Pillows were even worse. Lumpy chunks of foam rubber is what they felt like.

Breakfast could be a lot better. The smelly room. The "fire"? alarm sound around 2:00 a.m. apparently for no reason, waking us and giving us a good scare.

Great room, terrible service and fire alarms!

The room was nice and big and I enjoyed the set up the room

check in was awful. We were told our room wasn’t clean yet and we couldn’t check in while we watched others check in. We were told there was no way to see if our room was ready so we had to just wait. The fire alarms went off three different times (while we were there). There was no explanation for this and no effort from the property to let the guest know why the alarm was going off and if we should be concerned
