The staff was super friendly

Only thing I didn't like is the gym closes at 7:00 p.m. . I think it should be open till 10:00 just like the pool.

Staff was great, breakfast was good, hotel was clean, and the room was nice sized.

Good

Big room with plenty of space for our family. Great location.

Not very clean in certain areas of the room like under the bed side table and couch. Bathroom wasn’t great either.

It was just okay

Breakfast staff was wonderful. Very engaging and kept food coming and tables clean. Room was clean.

Everything was fine except the extreme loud noise in first-floor hall from after 8pm until midnight

Kids running through the 1st-floor hallways yelling until midnight. Front desk clerk definitely would have heard the noise and and should have walked back to stop the kids. I was just about the call the front desk when the kids finally got into their rooms around midnight.

Great location, friendly staff, and enjoyed our stay-RECOMMEND.

Breakfast was great Coffee was good could be better.

Clean the elevator a little better along with areas as you step out of the elevator. Cleaning service in room was excellent. Friendly Staff.

Always enjoy our stay here. This is our 5th summer

We stay here every summer for family vacation. Staff very nice at check in. Great location. Comfortable beds.

Very minor...no towels for pool area..no pillows for pull out bed...not really an issue for us just would have been nice.

Disappointing

The kitchen staff was exceptional. Any moment food was going to run out they were there to fill it up.

We chose this hotel because the pictures showed beautiful up to date rooms and the pool area showed a pool with hot tub. However, upon arrival we immediately noticed the hot tub had been covered with concrete, the halls looked like the hotel had been up updated but the rooms were very outdated. The lamps did not work so our room was poorly lit and the outlets were very questionable. We were afraid to use them and something happen. We called to the front desk the guy told us they "should" work.

Affordable & perfect for a short stay.

The location was close to places I wanted to go to. The parking lot had lots of space. Breakfast attendants were so nice and helpful. So was the evening shift worker.

Weird smell throughout the lobby and hallways, & laundry room was messy.

I did not enjoy my stay.

There were large spider webs in our room, the mattress to the pull out sofa was filthy, the shower handle felt like it was going to come off when turning on the water and there was a broken tile.

Worst hotel breakfast ever

Clean room. Layout nice. Good location.

There was no sheets for the pull out sofa for my 2 year old. Could barely reach toilet paper from toilet. Light bulbs it in our room. And it was the WORST hotel breakfast I've ever seen. One of the reasons we picked this location was because I am 7 months pregnant and have gestational diabetes, and need to eat breakfast quickly upon waking up. When we went down to the lobby there was absolutely no selection(only two kinds of eggs and apples), and what was there seemed very old. We couldn't even peel the paper off the muffins for my son because they were so dry and hard.

Very unhappy with my stay! Will never book here again!

The front desk attendant was nice.

The building itself had a strong oder and room was dusty old and dingy. Appliances were very outdated. Restroom was very unpleasant!

Fair for the price, beds are comfy but pillows to soft. Musty smell

My room smelled musty. The bathroom had paint spots on the sink. They need to put more bleach on the towels 🥹

Carpet needs to be steamed because it smelled musty

The management and staff were great .

The front desk manager was super nice as well as the breakfast staff. Also the GMs were super helpful with an issue we had with our pet and another staff member.

I didn't appreciate being called a liar by the clerk who checked me in to the morning desk manager.
