Location is excellent, a 6 minute walk from Wetherspoons and the arena. Hosts had excellent communication throughout, told me exactly how to get to the flat, how to get in, where things are etc. The flat is like a very large very good hotel suite. They have really thought about making the sofa bed comfortable. I personally like to sleep on a super hard matress, but a topper is provided.
Bedding is excellent quality, they haven't bought cheap stuff. The bed is also very comfy.
The place was very clean and well kept and equipped.

Clean and reasonably new furniture with a large TV etc
1) very hard to find
2) it's listed as having parking, it does NOT, however it is nearby
3) there could be more attention to providing products in the property to make the stay more comfortable
4) not all the bedding was available
5) the host could be hard to get hold of
