The location was good. Besides that, I didn't have any problem with the location. The food was really good. The staff was very friendly and gave the home feeling vibe.
The only problem for me was that I felt the location was in a remote area. I didn't like that when we went out for a smoke or eat outside there were people working outside who could see us. That was a turn off.

La struttura é accuratamente pulita e ben pensata per il relax, curando i minimi dettagli.
La stanza enorme. Il bagno ancora di piú.
L'esterno garantisce il benessere assoluto. La cucina esterna ha un frigo grande, un microonde e, cosa piú importante, anche il dispenser d'acqua potabile fredda e calda.
Inoltre quotidianamente venivano rimpinguate bottiglie d'acqua (che usavamo per lavare i denti ed evitare il famoso "Bali Belly").
Il silenzio, la pace e la tranquillità sono impagabili per Ubud.
La colazione super abbondante e buonissima puó essere ordinata la sera prima scegliendo tra una vasta gamma di piatti (dolci e salati), estratti di frutta, frutta fresca e caffé e viene servita il giorno dopo direttamente dal personale all'orario indicato.
Con un costo aggiuntivo si puó avere anche la colazione galleggiante nella propria piscina.

Il personale é straordinariamente gentile, sorridente e disponibile.
Ci hanno aiutato in tutto e per tutto con i bagagli, a far uscire un piccolissimo geco (ma incredibilmente sonoro!!!) che era entrato in stanza; a parlare con un driver per la cena a domicilio... sempre con un indimenticabile sorriso.
Ci siamo sentite coccolate e non vediamo l'ora di tornare!!Terima kasih banyak!!
La casa si trova in una via non raggiungibile dalle auto ma solo dalle moto (o a piedi).
In ogni caso, il personale che lavora presso la struttura é disponibile 24h al giorno per aiutare con eventuali valigie.
La piscina avrebbe bisogno di un gradino In più per accedervi.
Ma sono dettagli totalmente trascurabili se si pensa a tutti i vantaggi ed alle comodità offerte.

Rooms were comfortable and spacious. Outside verandah was good. Good view over the rice paddies.
Access was very difficult. Had to walk to taxi pickup. Difficult for people with mobility issues. Little signage and taxis reluctant to use the one access road as narrow and pot holed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful but need training in hospitality and or an experienced manager. The breakfasts fell short of reviews - cold, buns stale, eggs undercooked. Again, staff did their best with a very small kitchen.
Shower drains blocked.
