Dissapointed

The unit itself is lovely and surroundings beautiful. This place has so much potential but no attention to detail.

Very dissapointed. On arrival the indoor swimming pool was empty. It was the main selling point for us.. I had to ask 3 times to put more water in. The unit was advertised having 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a hot tub. Only to find 1 bathroom and no hot tub. Paid for the unit advertised. Some pillows had pillowcases and others not. The double bed did not have a sheet on, only a mattress protector. The outdoor pool was also empty. There was only 1 small, blunt knife available. Asked for more and was given 1 more with a broken handle. No grid on the BBQ - had to ask for one. You cannot be expected to eat a barbeque with spoons and forks. No colddrink glasses. The hotplates did not get very hot. Found some old food matter in the kitchen drawer. Tea and coffee station needed to be replenish. No plug for the kitchen sink. For a self catering unit the kitchen was not equipped at all. We had to use one of the disposable bath towels to wipe and dry items. No hor water in the unit.
