The view was spectacular
We waited for too long for the lift from the parking basement and had to carry our luggage up to the ground floor to get the lift to our room when we first arrived. Every other time the lift was ok.

The apartment was roomy with a spectacular view - it felt very special. The beds were very comfortable and having two bathrooms (an ensuite and a main bathroom) was great. The location of the apartment was excellent - a short walk from Southern Cross Station and tram stops as well as a supermarket and restaurants. We loved how easy it was to get everything we needed and to access a wide range of transport options, including car hire.
I'm a light sleeper so I struggled to sleep with the noise of the lifts as the lift well was directly behind the wall of the room I was staying in. Once I had purchased some ear plugs the noise didn't bother me and I slept well and the other guest wasn't bothered by the noise in her room which was on the other side of the apartment away from the lift well.

The location is excellent.
The property needs a thorough clean. Wardrobe doors in one bedroom were not functioning so we could not use the wardrobe. Kitchen facilities were poor, cutlery and crockery missing, no plug for the sink or detergent for the dishwasher, no breadboard, no salt/pepper etc etc. greasy range-hood. No ironing board or iron.
