Large rooms and a bathroom for each bedroom. Great outside space and peaceful relaxing atmosphere. Main bedroom spacious and a really good sized comfortable bed. Recommend The Boulevard for breakfast which was a7 mins walk away.
The bunk beds were not so comfortable for my adult son but would be fine for kids.

Delightful house in a super location just one road back from a gorgeous beach. The beach was pebbly at the top but sandy for most of the day apart from high tide too- glorious walks and sunsets!
Smashing short walk along the beach or the road to the very close amenities and Drift In surf cafe and Boulevard cafe, both of which were great. Tesco and other shops there too- such a well located property! Everything you could possibly need was in the property too- very comfy beds and very well furnished. So easy to pop back from the beach making it ideal for families with young kids and all their stuff and for naps etc!

The location to the beaches was perfect. You could easily walk to East Wittering village. A great choice of restaurants. The house was clean, bathrooms are modern, beds were comfortable.
The lock on the outer gate (that leads to the main road) wasnt working, which isn't ideal as we had a two and five yr old with us.
