La predisposición y trato del personal del hotel: desde el momento de hacer la reserva hasta nuestra salida. La habitación y el hotel en general estaban en excelentes condiciones de limpieza. La recomendación que nos hicieron acerca de guías de turismo fue muy buena.

Durante nuestra estadía no teníamos la posibilidad de almorzar o cenar en el hotel (entiendo que de jueves a domingo, sí). Cabe destacar que a pesar de esto, el día de nuestra llegada, que fue justo pasado el mediodía, ante nuestro pedido, amablemente nos dieron la posibilidad de comer unas empanadas. Las habitaciones eran un tanto estrechas.

Que era muy pequeña la habitación, no limpiaron la habitación nosotros estuvimos 2 noches. Pensé que ya había pasado la pandemia
