Cet endroit est fabuleux ! Le personnel est d'une gentillesse sans égal, ils sont à l'écoute et n'hésite pas à nous aider. Nous avons été impressionné par le magnifique endroit qu'était cet hôtel avec de nombreux services proposés. De plus, ils prennent le temps pour nous expliquer les différentes activités de l'ile ! Pour notre part, nous avons loué des vélos et réservé un taxi pour notre avion à Lombok. Je ne vous parle pas de l'incroyable petit déjeuner que nous avons eu ! Vraiment je vous le recommande les yeux fermés ! La chambre était vraiment à la hauteur (climatisée, propre, spacieuse) Nous aurions adoré prolongé l'expérience quelques nuits de plus...

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Akar Air ! Nous avons tellement aimé que nous avons même décidé de rajouter une nuit au dernier moment.
L’hôtel est très joli, petit, calme et vraiment agréable. Nous avions notre petite terrasse privée, ce qui était génial pour prendre le petit déjeuner le matin et profiter tranquillement de l’endroit.
Le gros point positif reste sans aucun doute la gentillesse du personnel. Ils ont été incroyables, toujours adorables et aux petits soins avec nous. Un grand merci pour tout !
Nous n’oublierons pas ce séjour et garderons un très beau souvenir de Gili Air, qui est une île magnifique !

First of all, a special thanks to the lovely people of the hotel (Gading, Azan, Rozie, Irwan, and the young Lady)
They were all very helpful and cheerful the all time. They've always been there for me whenever i needed them, from the moment i checked in till the moment i checked out.
The breakfast is of top quality served throughout the day, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable with a memory foam pillow.
The staff is always quick to act, and hard workers. Their team has a good chemistry.
The hotel is from a walking distance to popular places, restaurants, the beach. But quiet at the same time.
I highly recommend this establishment.
- The pool was smaller than i thought
- Sometimes if more than 2 different guests are having breakfast, you can't find a table near the pool, so you'll have your breakfast in the terrace of your room.

Todo en general perfecto. Un alojamiento de 10. Habitación con una terracita muy agradable, la cama muy cómoda, la piscina una pasada, la ubicación perfecta con restaurantes y tiendas cerca y a un paso del centro, el desayuno sin palabras… buenísimo!!! Y el personal muy amable, un gusto conocer gente tan simpática, sonriente y dispuesta a ayudar con todo. Puedes coger bici o una pequeña moto justo allí para recorrer toda la isla y agradecimos mucho que nos ayudasen con el barco para irnos de Gili Air. Nos dio mucha pena tener que irnos de allí…😭 nos hubiese encantado quedarnos más días. Muchísimas gracias por todo. Un saludo desde España :)
