Conforto da cama, travesseiros, sofá bom, localização, excelente , academia bem equipada. De forma geral o apartamento é elegante e confortável.
Senti falta de alguns itens na cozinha e a cortina black out do quarto precisa de manutenção.

A super clean and modern tower of apartments. Everything is in excellent shape. The apartment suited two people very well. The location was close to the mall (jn particular the supermarket). It was easy to get an Uber cheaply to either the airport or downtown. The host was always available on WhatsApp. There are many views from 8th floor from all windows. Wifi is great. Good washing machine. There is a reassuring man on duty in the lobby at all times.
Although the owner is flexible about the method of paying, I would prefer it if it could be done directly through Booking,com

O apartamento tem uma boa divisão, é limpo e oferece todas as comodidades básicas, como TV, internet muito boa, cozinha aparelhada, máquina de lavar e secar roupas, varal, ferro de passar, muitos armários. Além disso, está a distância de caminhada do Shopping del Sol; quem não quer cozinhar vai encontrar uma boa praça de alimentação. A região é boa, parece bem segura, e é muito fácil visitar a cidade usando o Bolt. A anfitriã é solícita e atende pelo WhatsApp. Atendeu nossas demandas. Uma ótima opção para ficar em Assunção.
Não houve problemas, a estadia foi boa.
