Le quartier calme et le parking privé et sécurisé. L équipement et la propreté de l appartement . La petite terrasse extérieure. L ascenseur vu que l appartement est situé au 5eme étage. L accueil du propriétaire.

Emplacement idéal devant l'étang de Thau et à 10mns à pied du centre de Sète. Le parking est un énorme avantage. Appartement très bien étudié, pratique, confortable et très propre, il ne manque rien, climatisation dans le salon ET chambre, wi-fi. Ravie d'avoir découvert Sète et les environs dans ces conditions. Accueil en personne. Sincèrement, ne pas hésiter!
