Don't stay there!

I don't understand how this hotel is rated 9/10. Before our stay, I emailed asking for photos of the bathroom and never received a response. When we arrived, the shower was essentially above the toilet seat with no proper separation from the toilet or sink. We were upgraded after complaining; the new room was bigger but still had a similar issue (to a lesser extent). Towels were constantly unavailable. We had to ask multiple times just to get two towels, and each request was met with excuses about laundry delays. Room cleaning was only done on request. Toiletries were limited to one tiny sample-sized soap and shampoo for a 5-night stay, and refills also required repeated follow-up. Overall, the service was poor, the building was old and there are much better accommodation options in Abha. I would not stay here again.

Very clean and big apartment furnished with all requisites.

Nothing. Only underground parking is bit tight. I opt to park in front of the hotel across the road.
