A great easy place to stay in Berlin.

Really beautiful place with high ceilings and everything needed for a great trip. Neighborhood was beautiful with lots of delicious places in easy walking distance and was really quiet at night so super easy for me to sleep because I'm really sensitive to noise.

Small problems which were not dealbreakers whatsoever: the blanket was a bit small as I'm very large (but it was very comfortable) and the shower head height was too low for me (but the water pressure was incredible)

Wonderful stay in a gorgeous and tastefully decorated apartment

The apartment is gorgeous and tastefully decorated. It had everything you would need, with a fully kitted kitchen. I loved the location... It was in a cute, lovely neighborhood with many shops, cafes and parks nearby. Public transport (train or bus) was also within 5-8 min walking distance of the unit, which was convenient. The host, Anna, was super sweet and accommodating with queries leading up to my stay and a late check out.

There is no full length mirror in the unit. Check in was a bit later than expected (after 4pm), but Anna still let me drop off my luggage before the stipulated time so not a big deal.

Katastrophaler Aufenthalt / schlechtes Apartment

Die Lage ist gut

Das Apartment war dreckig bei der Ankunft und es war schwül, feucht und stickig. Es handelt sich um einen alten Shop, der billig saniert wurde. Die Fensterfront isoliert keinen Schall. Man wacht auf, sobald jemand dort vorbeiläuft. Die Küche ist alt und wurde simpel angestrichen, die Farbe blättert ab. Keine gute Ausstattung. Herd und Backofen sind alt. Der Boden wurde weiß gestrichen, ist zerkratzt und dreckig. Wir haben uns irgendwann den Wischer genommen und zumindest den groben Dreck der vorherigen Gäste weggewischt und den Staub gesaugt. Unsere einjährige Tochter hat beim krabbeln unterm Teppich eine Tablette/Medikament gefunden. Ich habe dies zum Glück gesehen, bevor sie sich diese in den Mund gesteckt hat - ich will mir nicht ausmalen, was hätte passieren können. Das hat uns wirklich den Rest gegeben. Uns ist unerklärlich wie dieses Objekt so positiv bewertet werden konnte. Die Inneneinrichtung ist billig, alles klappert und fällt fast auseinander. Es gibt nicht einmal einen Schrank, sondern nur eine Kleiderstange aus Rohren, die wackelt. Überall ist verschmiertes Silikon, gelbe Wände, wellige Tapete, abblätternde Farbe usw. Unter Dusche kann man ab 1,75m nicht mehr gerade stehen, da der feste Duschkopf zu niedrig ist. All diese negativen Punkte sind lediglich ein kleiner Ausschnitt des Gesamten. Während des Aufenthalts befindet sich ein zweiter Schlüsseltresor am Eingang, in dem noch ein Ersatzschlüssel ist und den man aufbrechen kann. Wir würden daher nicht empfehlen, Wertsachen in dem Apartment zu lassen. Wir hatten einen katastrophalen Aufenthalt und fühlen uns in Anbetracht des Preis Leistungsverhältnisses fast schon betrogen. Hoffentlich regt die Bewertung den Gastgeber an, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und auch zu kontrollieren, ob Medikamente oder Ähnliches vom vorherigen Gast dort liegen. Wer ein solches Objekt vermietet, sollte zumindest richtig putzen und ein Minimum an Einrichtung und Standard schaffen.

Rustige wijk, op loopafstand van alle tram en buslijnen. Diverse supermarkten en restaurants in de buurt. diverse bakkerijen.

Uitleg over verwarming. Deze is afhankelijk van stadsgebruik. Er is wel een electrische kachel aanwezig. Door de ligging aan de weg is het wel gehorig als mensen voorbij lopen en een de aanliggende kamers van andere zijn redelijk goed te horen al hadden wij er weinig last van.
