Perfect apartment in a perfect location

A very modern apartment with good facilities. Perfectly located to take advantage of the wonderful cafes and restaurants in Tirana. A short walk to Grand Park and Skanderbeg Square too. We did need to contact host once in our 7 night stay and they responded very quickly to assist us.

Leggermente carina la posizione anche se a 20 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale.

Sporca, macchie da tutte le parti, sui pavimenti e sui muri. Capelli da donna sul muro della doccia ma una quantità di capelli disumana. Puzza di fogna e marcio zona cucina e zona porta ingresso . Abbiamo chiamato la proprietaria/responsabile che si rivolgeva con tono sgarbato e nervoso nei nostri confronti dicendoci che avevano pulito la casa e che era impossibile. Tutto ció mentre in casa c’era un’amica di questa signora che veniva a prelevare la cifra del pagamento della casa che osservava con i propri occhi le macchie e sentiva lei stessa la puzza comunicandolo per telefono alla responsabile/proprietaria. Questa amica provvedeva con un pezzo di carta a togliere la macchia dal pavimento della cucina e nel prendersi la cifra del pagamento della casa faceva la finta tonta riguardo il resto come per tenerselo. La proprietaria ci riferiva che avrebbe fatto venire la donna delle pulizie il più presto possibile, cosa mai accaduta e quindi detta per far passare la cosa una volta pagata la casa. Vergognosa, sporca, irrispettosi i proprietari, scortesi e casa indecente.

A very modern apartment with good facilities. Perfectly located to take advantage of the wonderful cafes and restaurants in Tirana. A short walk to Grand Park and Skanderbeg Square too. We did need to contact host once in our 7 night stay and they responded very quickly to assist us.
