Helt nydelig og romslig leilighet. Gode, store soverom. Reint. God ventilasjon. Fint med små detaljer som vaskepulver, te og kaffe, etc. Svært hyggelig personale. Matbutikker og bakeri i umiddelbar nærhet.
Eneste vi har å sette fingeren på er at det var litt problemer med varmtvannet. Vi måtte dessverre dusje i kaldt vann flere ganger. Den ene dusjen var også tett, så det rant en del vann utover. Ellers var alt perfekt.

Easy check-in. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable.
I specifically chose this property because Booking.com stated that free private parking in the garage was available and no reservation was needed. Before arrival, the property even sent us specific parking space numbers.
When we arrived, all of them were occupied and no alternative garage space was provided. I had important items in the car and very limited time in Kraków, so underground parking was an important part of my decision. We lost about 45 minutes out of only 3 hours available in the city dealing with this issue.
They offered to reimburse the cost of public street parking, but that was not the point. I expected the advertised facility to be available, not sympathy or reimbursement for an alternative I had deliberately tried to avoid.
