staff was great, pool was nice, breakfast was nice
the check out process, they have a policy to make the guest wait at check out for a while till the housekeeping confirms the room is okay
and still newly open so no activities yet

It is a great fantastic hotel. Everything is perfect, but it was not ready yet. I mean it’s still under construction this Spa the gym are not ready. The rooms are fantastic big very comfortable and very clean the pool and the beach were amazing.
I didn’t like that. They didn’t inform me before that all the facilities were not ready yet. There’s nothing to do around the hotel if you go there it’s just for staying inside.

The design and quality of interiors was very impressive
Way too expensive for the location and incomplete facilities. The hotel was practically empty yet the price reflected full occupancy rates of more mature properties nearby. Beach full of seaweed and not ready for use. Bad staff training. Security chased me out of the gym claiming it wasn’t operational despite assurances at the front desk that I can use it. No spa or treatment rooms
