Central location in Islamabad around many restaurants and activities.
Few in room facilities like electric kettle, tea, coffee and green tea bags. Water bottles were missing and no room service was offered.

I recently stayed at the Walnut Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The rooms were exceptionally clean, cozy, and well-maintained. A major highlight of this property is its prime location in F-10 Markaz, which offers convenient access to a wide variety of shopping and dining options.
The staff members were highly cooperative and professional throughout my stay. Additionally, the breakfast provided was enjoyable, and I greatly appreciated the convenience of having it served directly to my room.
However, there are a couple of areas that require attention. The manual door lock in my room was damaged and needs immediate repair; I would highly suggest upgrading to digital RFID locks for better security and convenience. Furthermore, the bathroom lacked an exhaust fan, which is a vital necessity.
Aside from these two maintenance points, my stay was entirely trouble-free, and I would certainly recommend this hotel.

The behavior of the staff especially the lady in day shift was really good. She breef us about everything. She was professional.
The rooms was not really so good as shown in the pictures also the room lock was damaged it's very hard to lock from the key when you are going out additional I want to suggest that provide locks inside the door so the guest can lock themselves not only key locks can be open with other key for privacy need to install locks. Also kindly look for toiletries not meet the standards
