Nice apartment, terribly managed

The apartment is nice and comfortable but unfortunately the company managing it is giving a very poor service which is ruining the experience.

1- The day of my arrival, at 3pm, I received an email informing me that the apartment I booked was unavailable because of a « serious issue ». They relocated me to another one, 10min walk away and sent me the instructions to enter this new flat. 2- Upon arrival, at 11pm, I realized that the instructions they sent were for yet another flat. I therefore couldn’t enter the building. They were unavailable on phone and email. I had to wait half an hour that someone entered the building and opened the door. Fortunately the code of the keybox was the proper one. 3- The next morning, as I went out, the lift broke and I got stuck inside. As usually, the owner was unavailable on phone. Fortunately people outside saw me and called the lift company. A technician came to rescue me after 45 min. By that time, the owner sent me an email « you need to press the alarm button, do you want me to call the lift company? » 4- Heaters inside the flat and their thermostats are blocked and cannot be controlled. It is very hot. I asked the owner how to shut it down. Never got any reply. 5- The building is quite old and does not have centralized hot water. So there is a small gas heater in the apartment. So you have to wait a little while for hot water to arrive. And since the shower device is broken, the flow of hot water isn’t much. But that’s just a detail compared to the rest.

Boa acomodação mas com suporte a desejar.

Do conforto do apartamento.

Do atendimento. Tivemos um problema con a porta do banheiro no domingo a noite e nem nós nem a própria booking conseguiu contato com o administrador o que nos deixou sem banheiro ate as 10h do dia seguinte. Um descaso total com o cliente. O apartamento é bem distribuído mas fica muito quente por ter um sistema auto.atizado de aquecimento que nos impede de regular e nem se consegue abrir as janelas. Tem tudo pra ser um excelente local mas pecou muito no atendimento.
