Very welcoming and helpful, just had Google translate ready if you can't speak Vietnamese.
Appreciated that we could use the washing and drying machines free of charge. Detergent and softener were provided too.
Comfortable bed.
Room wasn't the cleanest when we looked closer.
There was an ant problem in our bathroom, not horrendous just noticeable.
The bed sheet had some hair on it when we first checked in.
On the surface it was clean but when you look closer it felt like the cleaning was rushed.
We stayed 3 nights and had no room service - I think they clean rooms twice a week.

Very good location if you are looking to stay away from the crowded old quarter and want to explore new areas and have a more local vibe. Washer machine and dryer were available for free and also there was laundry soap and softener available as well for free. Staff was friendly.
