Nice location - good enough

Location and friendly check in

Cleaning is not very good - Balcony table was very dirty including bird poop and we had to clean an it before use. Drawers had not been cleaned and we found a pair of the previous guests shorts on a drawer - that says something about the level of cleaning between guests

1 / 10

Stay was very below expectation - especially when owner told us after we complained about washing machine he knew about

Location

Washing machine was broken and they knew about it and didn’t tell us - filled with stagnant water - lift broken - main area no blinds so hot in afternoon - kitchen tap broken -

9 / 10

Brilliant Location. Easy access to Trams snd for walking to central areas.

Well located and very comfortable. Easy access to tram link.

No Kettle provided. No microwave. Was unable to operate the oven. Concierge was rather rushed. But we didn't want to.make a fuss as overall we loved the place. The owners did contact to check if everyghing was ok. Which was a big plus in their favour. We just didn't want to make a fast but future people may benefit from a kettle and microwave.

7 / 10

Good location and pleasant apartment.

Very central location. Comfortable interiors.

Curtain or blinds in living room would be an advantage. Kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets would also be helpful. Ants in the kitchen although this was dealt with very quickly. No instructions re leaving of key before departure.

Super emplacement.

Remise des clefs et propreté. Machine à laver inutilisable car bouchée.
