Lovely property, super clean, location is good and most importantly, Kiril was super friendly to introduce Skopje to us as well as to get us comfortably settled into the accommodation. Despite coming late in the night and with a flight delay, he was patient to wait for us, and we are very appreciative of him! We will be back in the future :)

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment is new, modern, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need, even for a longer stay.
We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches: fresh fruit, water, juice and beer waiting for us in the fridge, as well as coffee.
The host was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent, close to East Gate Mall, Diamond Mall and the city centre, making it very convenient for exploring Skopje. The underground parking is a huge plus if you are travelling by car.
Excellent value for money and a place we would happily recommend and stay at again

Ten minute walk from bus station and close to downtown and river. High 6 floor with balcony. Very welcoming host Kiril with a generous gift of drinks in the fridge and a fruit bowl. Great bathroom/shower and washer for laundry.
It's in the middle of a new construction site so if you're arriving at night be prepared for a dark (but totally safe) approach. Also means there's nothing to see from the balcony.

Estupendo todo. Edificio moderno, el apartamento está impecable y perfectamente equipado. Tiene de todo, incluidos detalles como gel y champú en el baño, agua fresca y refrescos, café, fruta… Kiril, el propietario es encantador. Estuvo pendiente de nosotros ya desde antes de nuestra llegada. Se retrasó nuestro vuelo varias horas y ha estado en contacto continuamente y nos ha esperado sin problemas. Es maravilloso encontrar gente así!! Desde luego que si volvemos, volveremos a PetVik y lo recomendaremos a todo el mundo!! Gracias Kiril ❤️
