Was comfy but not what was advertised

The beds where comfy and good location

Learnt on arrival that I could not use the facilities that where listed when booking. This was very disappointing and I would it have booked if I knew this

Do NOT book this

Absolutely nothing.

Had to wait outside in the rain for the accommodation manager to arrive to let us into the property. Despite the request to message the accommodation manager on arrival, the WhatsApp messages were not replied to. Only managed to gain access through tailgating. However, things got worse on arrival. The room was advertised as a double bed single room, and to clarify that two adults would indeed be in the room, I stated this as a special request on the accommodation booking. This request was approved by the accommodation owners prior to arriving at the property. However, on arrival, we were told that the room was a single bed room and, as such, my partner and I could not stay in the room. In fact, neither of us was allowed the key to the room despite proof that I had booked for two adults. Another couple of people who had also arrived at the property were also in the same scenario and equally disgusted at how the room had been falsely advertised. The accommodation 'manager' himself was incredibly obnoxious and unprofessional, and likewise his colleague over the phone was equally rude. Appalling customer service on many fronts. To be honest, I'm not entirely sure that this is a legitimate accommodation provider. Currently seeking a refund of my booking from this property.

Very clean and well kept friendly staff

Could’ve been some more cooking utensils and tea towels to clean up. Also the tv in our communal area didn’t work
