Clean apartment with all the facilities that one might need during a short stay in the kitchenette. Easy access to the property and good communication with the host. 15-20 minutes walk to the main station/shopping area in Brixton, in a quiet residential area.
I think it would be time to upgrade the room with AC, as London is not spared by the heatwaves and it was very hot in the room as it faces the sun during several hours a day (the room is only equipped with fan)

very quiet neighbourhood, green area, close 12 minutes to the main stations. very clean and well equipped

Didn’t feel too secure . Front door to the appartment not robust. All felt a little sketchy
