The worst stay in Ohrid ever!
Never ever again in this apartment!
The apartment was clean and the location is good.
1.When we entered the apartment, it was very cold and there was no hot water. They didn't even bother to come and turn the water heater. We turned on the AC but even after 3 hours it was so cold, we stayed in jackets. I called the host she made me go to another apartment and take some extra heater.
2. The shower was broken literally no water pressure, also the hot water lasted 2 min. So we couldn't even take a shower.
3. There was only ONE capsule of coffee there. Just one.
4. The host asked for cash money immediately after we entered the apartment. I asked him can we pay by card or through booking, he declined. We arrived very late and we didn't have cash with us.
5. The WI FI is not working! Even if it says there is WI FI, it's a lie.
6. It writes pet friendly, but luckily I called before I booked. She said we are not pet friendly, even though it says here on booking they are. Still, they approved of our dog. But make sure to call them first because they put pet friendly just like that.
7. The host told me to get some key from the hotel in front before we arrived so we can enter in the building, but she never mentioned to leave the key back. The second night around 10 p.m she called me and made me return the key because some other guests will come. They didn't even mention that.
8. In the bedroom was so cold, we needed extra blanket.
