Very nice stay

Friendly hosts, very good, immediate contact, readiness to help in case of an urgent situation of toothache; kitchen well equipped so you can cook your own food, accessible tea, cofee and spices

In the case of a ground floor apartment, the steps of people living upstairs were disturbing

Pleasant stay

I had a good stay at this apartment in Puerto Natales. The owners were very friendly and cheerful. The apartment itself was a detached house with two bedrooms, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location was also convenient—very close to the town center and a supermarket. The only small challenge was that the first block leaving the apartment is uphill, but it’s a short walk. The apartment stayed nicely warm during my stay, with heating running 24/7, which was very comfortable. Overall, I had a positive experience and would recommend staying here.

Nice place (although toilet is the worst)

It was clean and staff were helpful & nice. Location is good, not too far from bus station and close to shops etc. Well equipped kitchen & also washer with soap to wash clothes (much appreciated). Strong (gas) heater

We paid more than expected due to VAT… perhaps this should be advertised on booking. The toilet seat also didn’t stay up and had a horrible cover, worst toilet experience ever lol…

Nada todo muy Bien.

房间够大，上下两层，睡觉和生活区分开

卫生间的水会渗到餐厅里。提供机场接机又没说收费，接到住处被要求付高价，有受骗的感觉。
