A well presented property, with plenty of facilities and extras such as washing machine and tumble dryer with step by step instructions on how to use.
Short walk and easy access to the main subway line, can easily get to all the tourist attractions. Space was enough for 2 adults, would maybe be a little tight for more people. The bed in the smaller room was very comfortable as well. Overall good price for what it is. The host is very kind, sent the passcode to our door before arrival and answers very quickly if you have any questions.
Only when we got to the property did we realise that it’s right next to a very noisy train track, which runs all night. The area/street itself does not appear to be very clean or nice, we’ve not had any issues thankfully but it did seem a little scary at times. In addition to the facilities and extras provided, I’d say a full length mirror, some paper towels and bathroom spray would be useful for guests. The water also leaks out the bathroom door, so we had to hang the mat up every night to dry it out.

The apartment is close to the bust stop. It’s also around 7 minutes far from the subway.
The facilities are great, the washing machine and the dryer are huge, there are two ACs, microwave, freezer, kettle. The toilet is also functional. The detergent and conditioner for washing the clothes were also given. There were dishes, dish soap and sponge, towels, shower stuff like shampoo, TV. We didn’t feel the need to buy anything to our home, because we had everything. The neighborhood is very quiet. The price is very affordable. The owner communicates fast and good.
It’s a bit cramped, but for the price it’s good.
The water from the shower might come out of the bathroom, but after a couple of times we kind of got used to it.

A szállás könnyen megközelíthető volt. Közel volt 2db CU bolt ahol a T-money kártyákat fel lehetett tölteni (utazási bérlet). Két metrómegálló is a közelben volt. Mind a két szobában volt légkondi. Mi mostunk is és volt mosópor, öblítő és szárítógép is. Az ágynemű tiszta volt! A füriben sampon, balzsam és tusfürdő is volt ami bőven kitartott 1 hétig. Plusz adtak fogkefét és fogkrémet, valamint mosakodó szivacsot. Mivel mi reggeltől estig mentünk és csak aludni mentünk a szállásra összességében rendben volt. Szép tiszta szállás!
A wc nehezen ment le, volt, hogy 2x-3x is le kellett húzni. Csak a fürdőszobában volt tükör, ami a reggeli készülődésnél nem volt praktikus 2 személy részére. A fürdőszoba ajtón lefolyt a víz, ki a konyha padlójára zuhanyzásnál és nem volt felmosó. A törölközőkkel töröltük fel a vizet. Az egyik szobát teljesen elfoglalta a 2 személyes ágy, nem fért már be a bőrönd. Viszont a másik szoba kellően tágas és világos volt. Ide nyitottuk ki a két bőröndöt. De úgy gondolom mindent meg lehet oldani és nem a negatívumokra koncentráltunk, hanem élveztük az ottlétet :).
