We felt like visit our family, they took care of everything. Picked us up and drove back to the train station. Showed us and explained how to get to all the attractions , helped with carrying our luggages. Very sweet people. Nice view from the room , with balcony. Nice yard where we had super delicious breakfast. The town is so beautiful and calm during the day and so magical during the night. We will for sure come back one day. The people working there are the sweetest. Thank you so much !!!

We booked this place after abandoning our first hotel, one of the riverside stilt hotels, which was so horrible.
This hotel was so lovely, clean, modern, and perfectly located. It’s a 5 minute walk to the centre of phoenix ancient city but you definitely want that distance - it’s cleaner, quieter, calmer, more picturesque, and doesn’t smell where the hotel is.
The host was exceptionally friendly and chatty, using a translation app to converse. He recommended we swap to a better room - which was the right choice, as we booked a balcony room but much more enjoyed the table space by the window.
The bathroom is completely modern and clean, the room has automatic tech appliances for the lights/curtain etc, and overall we felt safe there. 10/10.
