Nuestra habitación era muy grande y decorada con estética oriental, con zona de sofás y butacas. La cama era gigante y muy cómoda. El baño era amplio, con ducha y bañera. Disfrutamos del desayuno oriental en la azotea con vistas a todo Wulingyan y a las montañas. El personal, en concreto Lumi, es un amor de persona y fue muy amable y paciente. Nos ayudó a comprar las entradas para el parque Zhangjiajie y nos orientó en los dos días que lo visitamos. También nos ayudó y nos explicó a la perfección la visita al Monte Tianmen. El alojamiento se encuentra a 20 minutos andando de la puerta este del parque, y a escasos 10 minutos tienes zona de restaurantes muy variados y tiendas para compras. Recomiendo totalmente este alojamiento.

El baño estaba regular, necesitaba una reforma, salían de la ducha unos mosquitos pequeños que llenaban la pared y daba un poco de asco.
El desayuno era de comida china, solo había tostadas y café para los europeos que éramos bastantes allí alojados

I am very sorry to say this but I was disappointed with my stay and I would not choose this property again due to lack of cleanliness. I trusted the good reviews but after staying here, I found myself wondering why this property has such a high rating. During check-out the staff asked us to give them the highest possible score saying that they would get a raise if we did. I honestly wish them well and would not want to be the reason they don’t get a raise but I cannot lie about my experience.
The whole property feels neglected and dirty, especially in the common areas. I don’t mind the fact that the building is old, I have stayed in many old properties that were perfectly clean and well maintained. The terrace needs a general cleaning. The tables are stained and there are old cigarette butts in what looks like something that may have been used as a grill years ago.
The rooms are relatively clean but there are signs of mold on the curtains. The shower was clogged when we arrived and there were some cobwebs in the room. The bed sheets also needed better cleaning as there were visible stains on them (under the sheets and on them).
Breakfast was the worst we had during our trip in China. We eventually decided to skip it completely. I am totally fine with local breakfasts and do not expect fancy western stuff but the selection here was minimal. Even the coffee was somehow the worst we had in China.
We booked two rooms. One of them was cleaned every day without any problems, while the other not really. On the first day, it was only partly cleaned, the rubbish was taken away and fresh towels were provided, but the bed was not made and no drinking water was replenished. It seemed strange, especially since the other room was cleaned normally. On the second day, everything was fine. On the third day, however, the room was not cleaned at all, and we had to ask for at least some fresh towels.
