Cockroaches/ bad smell

I liked the internet speed and the pools.

The worst part was the bad smell in the room and the cockroaches everywhere — on the floor, ceiling, walls, and various items. The smell is difficult to describe, but it was very unpleasant. The faucet in the bathroom was constantly dripping, and there was also water leaking from the toilet onto the floor. The room was very cluttered and overcrowded. The refrigerator was completely filled with drinks for an additional charge, and the cabinets were also filled with items. There was hardly any space to store my own food or belongings. This was the sixth condo I have rented in the Philippines, and unfortunately, it was by far the worst one.

The stay was good but the experienced was bad.

The place was nice and clean

Host did not response on time during the schedule time. We had to find the building where our condo was located because it was not in the information. Parking fee was not communicated and we had to argue with the security guard who said that we might have been scammed because we did not know the building number which happened to several previous tenants ( not on this particular place). Finally the owner contacted us and we were able to find the place. But, it was not very smooth experienced.

The place was nice and clean
