The unit was clean and new, with high quality essentials (bed linens, towels, complementary items, kitchenware) that made for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The 2 inverter air conditioners were more than enough to keep cool. The hosts were friendly and very responsive and showed a real commitment to ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Communication was easy and clear. As it was a month long stay, cleaning was provided. The property was pet friendly and my 🐶dog enjoyed people-watching from the balcony.
There were also convenience stores (7/11, Lawson and Korean Supermarket), banks and restaurants nearby. It was easy to get Grabs as we didn’t have a car 🚘.
There was some occasional noise from the hallway but was only audible by the entrance to the unit and not from the bedroom. There was no washing machine in the unit and the closest laundromat was in McKinley Hill which is a good walk from the building. At the time of our stay the mall on the ground floor of the building had a few restaurants and shops open but the rest was not yet fully operational.

The lobby is incredible! The flat is very new and clean. The hosts are very responsive, friendly and super helpful. The building has a bunch of amenities including a good gym and a swimming pool.
There's not much going on around the building. There's a 7-11, McDonalds and KFC within a 5 minute walk. The Venice shopping centre is 15 minutes away (down a hill). This won't be a problem if you have a car.

Clean and immaculate
There was no wifi especially in the foyer I couldn't get in touch with host I had to get another taxi to get me to Starbucks with wifi to get details of the property. Once I got in the unit there was no internet either so I couldn't watch tv for Netflix and prime video. When I informed the host and encountered a bit of angst saying my phone was at fault not on roaming which isnuntrye ad I'm with O2 in UK. Only good thing was a hit 2 small bottle if water and AC was working I git over my jet lag
