Everything was very good (seriously, all was very nice): spacious, clean, plenty of amenities (from towels and coffee machine to iron, dryer and other). The apartment is fully stoked, you even have a beach umbrella and chair available. There is a place in the indoors garage (be careful when you park so that the door doesn't hit the car), but on the street parking is always fully available (after all, this is a closed compound). There is a nice view of the golf course and the sea. Easy access to the swimming pool and padel court. 10 minutes drive to nearby excellent beaches and towns. At night it's very silent - only crickets make the noise (and they do make a lot of noise! :-) ). TV and WiFi work perfectly. There is a large terrasse with space to eat at night, and a parasol umbrella to shade. Bathrooms are large and well equipped. Overall feel like nothing is missing.
There was an issue with the kitchen pans (probably a previous guest overheated them and warped the bottoms). Also, not a problem but a bit of eyebrows riser - lots of furniture (even a lamp!) was wrapped in plastic - we get that this is to protect it from less cautious guests, but still. The garage door remote control was barely working and then stopped altogether - suppose dead batteries (re replaced them, and still no luck - maybe needed to be re-paired). The vacuum cleaner is a bit too weak - but then again, not a serious thing to complain. What was funny but not in a ha-ha way, is that apparently the residents of the Falcon compound (where the apartment is) are in a feud with the ones literally across the street (Birdie) - was interrogated a few times by people there who am I and what I'm doing there - felt like in a cheap telenovela. But these are really non-essential things, not worth complaining about.
So in general - nothing to complain.

Nuevo y muy bien equipado.
Además garaje para el vehículo incluido en el precio.
Marga muy amable y nos permitió hacer el checkout más tarde si queríamos al no tener entrada en el apartamento ese día.
Todo bien.
Quizás algo más alejado de la playa de lo que parece pero no es un problema

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig aber auch sehr dezentral. Nächste Einkaufsgelegenheit 7 km entfernt. Sehr schöne Sicht bis zu Meer. Sehr grosse Terrasse mit Lounge und Esstisch für Familie.
Die Wohneinheit wird mit 110 m2 Wohnfläche vermarktet. Das stimmt natürlich nur, wenn man die ganze Terrasse dazu zählt. So verbleiben für's richtige wohnen nur ca. 60-65m2 ! Das 2. Schlafzimmer ist wirklich sehr klein. Ich denke kaum mehr als 10 m2. Staumöglichkeiten sind sehr limitiert und Aufhängemöglichkeiten praktisch nicht vorhanden.
Leider muss ich sagen, dass ich fast zwei Wochen lang kein Internet hatte. Die "Betreuung vor Ort" und die 24/7 Betreuung von Booking.com hat total versagt. Beide inexistent. Ich musste es selber organisieren, sonst hätte ich 4 Wo kein Internet / TV gehabt. Der Beschrieb der Wohnung: Ankleidezimmer wo ? Doppelhaushälfte ? (Die Wohnung ist in einem Wohnblock mit vielen Wohnungen)

Very modern and clean apartment with everything you need for a self-catering break.Comfortable beds.
Very quiet and relaxing surroundings.
A couple more towels to use would’ve been appreciated as we had to keep washing the one set that we were given😟
