The apartment was clean, and the bed was comfirtable. There was plenty of storage space, which made 10 day stay convenient. The common areas were well maintaned. The pool area had plenty of sun loungers available at the tuen of August and September. The accomodation operated very much on self-service, similar to Airbnb.
Guests should be aware that during a longer stay, bed linen and towels need to be washed and changed by the guests themselves. Items such as toilet paper and garbage bags must be purchased separately, and trash disposal is also handeled independently. This differs from what many travelers might expect. During our stay elevator was out of service. The main downside was the parking space, which was extremely narrow. While car fit into the space, a passenger had troubled getting out from the car. The wall’s rough, chalky surface frequently left marks on clothing when getting out of the car. Even for average sized adult.
